From the house, it is just a short five-minute stroll to downtown Vineyard Haven, Owen Park Beach, restaurants, shops, the ferry area, and the Vineyard Haven waterfront.

Set across Main Street from the Vineyard Haven Public Library and moments from the Vineyard Haven Yacht Club, Mill Hill places you close to everything while still feeling tucked away from the bustle of town. A large surrounding yard buffers the home from the street, and private off-street parking for 3–4 cars makes arrivals, beach days, and island exploring easy.

Mill Hill is ideal for families, friends, and multi-generational groups who want to be close to town without sacrificing space or privacy. The home offers six thoughtfully appointed bedrooms spread across multiple levels, providing both privacy and flexibility for families traveling together.

Four guest bedrooms and two full baths are located on the second floor, while additional bedrooms on the upper level create comfortable spaces for children, extended family, or friends. Three second-floor bedrooms open directly onto a wraparound porch overlooking Vineyard Haven Harbor.
